Never fear Friday is here!

Aside the fact that it’s going to be a beautiful day, I think the weekend might pull off to be one as well. I’ve been insane busy with a new client, customer, lost planting soul; which ever you prefer to be called. I enjoy working with new people; it always aids me to grow in the business, not only that, they give me new ideas.
This one wants to have a waterfall fountain sitting area, something new to test out on my building and crafting skills. It shouldn’t take too long to construct, I’ve been up late planning the whole concept and talking to some of my instructors on my best routes to attempt it.
This week I’ve been eager to visit Towanda, (her real name is Wanda) she’s a crack of dawn old lady that I love dearly, she makes the most tart lemonade any individual could possibly make “The bigger the pucker the better the taste” is her motto. I met her while back, after she decided to make her house a drive through, which they promptly revoked her drivers license. Well, news flash, just because you take that slip of paper away the car will still run. She tells me stories of Old Savannah, voodoo and witch crafting and hexes, gives me advice on the ladies and love, how people should treat others and tells me stories of her children. She has a wise old heart. Some day I’m going to take Lori there and let her get a mouth and earful.
The seasonal changes are always hard on Mom; having some bad days once again. Her bones and muscles ache, I see her sitting calmly and then wincing in pain. Lori has been extra attentive to her this week; I assume she’s noticed it as well. Mom is a master of disguise when it comes to her ailments, she prefers no one to fuss over her. G says she’s like an old cat in that when they don’t feel well they hide to recoup.
Early this morning I goofed off with Jacks, he’s still the same when it comes to his work, always the doubter on anything he creates. It looked perfect; however, I did want to do some landscaping for his bland area. I’ve been pushing him to understand the value of curb appeal, flat isn’t always the way to go. I insulted him with the suggestions.

Hi Mindy
Good to hear from you again. I hope the rain "goes away" soon for you, take care of those knees.
